Ab Circle Pro Review: Does The Ab Circle Pro Really Work?
Consumer Reports recently tested the effectiveness of the Ab Circle Pro on 13 individuals. To do this they had four men and nine women do the DVD workout, measured muscle activity and energy expenditure as two men and two women used the device, and reviewed the nutrition plan. They found that the Ab Circle Pro “engages core muscles but burns no more calories than brisk walking. The nutrition plan is strict, so most people could lose weight on that alone.” They also concluded that three minutes a day will not cause much weight loss. Of the 13 participants who tested the Ab Circle Pro, only three of them (23%) said they would consider buying the machine.
Does the Ab Circle Pro really work? According to Consumer Reports the answer appears to be no. So save your money and consider purchasing another more proven product instead. Our recommendation: Debbie Siebers' Slim in 6
